Can I change or edit my order?
Please double check your mailing address and order details before placing an order. It is very difficult to modify the order after you check out. Email us within one hour of placing the order.
My order arrived damaged
Inspect your order carefully upon arrival. Report damages within 7 days of receiving the order. Please email details and include photos.
Who are your shipping providers?
We use UPS and USPS. Our fulfillment center is located in Frisco, TX 75036. Take note of the time it will take to be delivered to your door.
Do you take returns?
Please read the return policy. All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 7 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all return items.
Are your items tax-free?
We will collect sales tax for states as required by law. We do not impose sales tax on orders shipped to states that we do not have a nexus.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shpping will be applied automatically for all orders over $150.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are shipped the next business day. Delivery may take anywhere between 3-5 business days.
Do you have international shipping?
Contact us to place an order to be shipped outside the US.
What are the candles made of?
Our candles are made with 100% soy wax. We also use a parafim-soy blend wax in the A Hot Mess collection. All of our candles have cotton fiber core wicks.
